Who can afford 500-600 hundred dollars for a new fuel pump assembly in reality only the fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator that's inside is usually defective and causing your Polaris Ranger not to start. Our fuel pump and regulator kit will get you back on the road again.

This is a replacement fuel pump for all polaris rangers with efi. This pump is more reliable than the stock one that commonly fails under normal loads. Polaris requires you to purchase a new fuel tank to replace the fuel pump. This runs over $470 to get another tiny, not so good pump. Our pump installs just like your stock one. No wiring or modifications are needed. Install time is 20-30 minutes. THIS IS THE PUMP WE USE AND RECOMMEND FOR TURBO AND MODIFIED ENGINES. This pump flows about 35% more than the stock one does, so if you are making some serious power here is the answer to keep up with your fuel needs. Polaris calls for 39psi +-3psi. This means that if your pressure is not 38-42 psi you have a fuel pump issue. This is very common on these vehicles. Typically when the fuel pump fails it creates a problem with 25+ mph acceleration. Usually popping and sputtering. When checking your fuel pressure be sure to rev your engine and put it under a load if you can safely. Just because it makes pressure at idle doesn't mean it will make pressure when reved or under a load. The fuel pump is the number one issue we see with with the Polaris Ranger.
