Unbelievably good experience

I really needed a new fuel pump overnighted for my boat, or the entire Labor Day weekend would be lost. Fuel Pump Factory had the pump, but I missed the shipping deadline by 30 minutes. The phone agent said they would personally see that it went out that day. I asked if AM delivery was an option I could pay for and it was not available - and yet it was shipped with an AM delivery! Over and above service. I have already told others about this great experience.
