Ordered a replacement pump for my motorcycle since it was leaking.
I received the pump and installed it and it didn't work. No big deal, I emailed to ask what needed to be done to return this one and get a replacement. I received an email back saying that a replacement was on its way which was awesome.
I received the second pump and that one also didn't work. I figured there is no way I received two bad pumps. As it turns out the first pump was mechanically defective and wired incorrectly. The second pump was just wired incorrectly. On my bike there is 12v supply and a wire that supplies a pulse to the pump. Those wires were reversed on both pumps. Once the wires were corrected the second pump worked fine.
I emailed them about the incorrect wiring and never heard back.
