I sent a gently worded message saying your pump did Not come on after a VST rebuild and I had to go to a different source to get one that worked, the response was “ we have sold a thousand of these and have never had a problem, but you can send it back for a refund “ I am 67 years old and have ordered many parts that have been defective right out of the box but here I’m told by inference that they are perfect and it’s not possible that their pump is defective. I’m sending the pump back after putting an OEM pump in that worked perfectly and my boat is wet once again. Whoever replied the response to my request for return information should probably receive some training in responding to a request for return of your product. Just saying. Tim Flowers

Loose fit
The filter that pushes onto the bottom of the pump is very loose.
